Evergreen Canyons Health and Rehabilitation Center (Evergreen at Holladay, L.L.C.) provides a continuum of care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence. We are a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.

Highland Cove is Utah's only retirement community with 14 park-like acres and complete seclusion from busy streets. Conveniently located next to I-215 and I-80, residents of Highland Cove have easy access to the many cultural and recreational events in Salt Lake City. While sitting on their porch or strolling the private walkways, residents at Highland Cove can always keep an eye on the majestic mountains that seem to surround the campus.
