Dunn Tower I Apartments is a 13 story unique residential complex of 191 one bedroom apartments for seniors 62 years of age or over, disabled veterans who submit satisfactory proof of physical and/or mobility eligibility according to the Civil Service Law Section 85, Definition of Disabled Veteran, and people with physical or mobility disabilities, 18 years of age and older.

Grande' Ville is a locally owned, full-service residence for the adult citizen and was designed for all adults regardless of age, sex, or marital status.
