As people age, many experience increasing difficulty with the activities of daily living they once took for granted. Eating, dressing, using the bathroom and moving around can all become more challenging. Northwest Care helps residents with these challenges and, as a result, to live life to the fullest while maintaining their independence, privacy and dignity. Our residence can feel secure knowing that someone is always there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Today we operate a 190-bed Health and Rehab Center in Poulsbo, which provides traditional nursing home care as well as rehabilitation programs for residents. We also offer independent living apartments for seniors in downtown Poulsbo.
