The Odd Fellows Retirement Community became the first component of what is now the Holgate Center campus. Moving to its present location in 1901, the Odd Fellows Retirement Community now provides independent retirement living apartments and Residential Care supportive living units.

Cascade Terrace was built in the 1980's and offers bright, cheerful lounge and dining areas. The room selection includes private, semi-private and 3 bedrooms. The facility's transitional care unit includes an occupational therapy kitchen for home skill training. Cascade Terrace is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare, and several managed care health plans.
