Park Forest Care Center is a quite little building tucked away behind the rhododendron bushes in NE Portland. It is a building full of life and character. The layout of the facility is homey and comfortable but it is the employees who give it its unique character and energy. There is feeling of confidence and comfort when one first walks through the front door that is met with an unmistakably genuine sense of humor.

With the best of downtown Portland surrounding us, our stunning views, and a community of adventurous individuals, we simply could not be in a better place. Cascade Terrace was built in the 1980's and offers bright, cheerful lounge and dining areas. The room selection includes private, semi-private and 3 bedrooms. The facility's transitional care unit includes an occupational therapy kitchen for home skill training. Cascade Terrace is a contracted provider for Medicaid, Medicare, and several managed care health plans.
