Mountain View Rehab & Living Center offers an experienced nursing staff and programs appropriate for caring for medically complex patients and is known in the medical community for providing transitional, rehabilitative, sub-acute and terminal care.

Oregon City Health Care Center is a quaint, smaller facility nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood. It is a 53-bed nursing facility that provides traditional nursing and rehabilitative care. Assistance and support is provided by a team of care givers whose goal is to become a positive part of the residents "daily lives" helping patients return home or assisting others in becoming as independent as possible. The facility offers secure exits and specializes Alzheimer's and dementia care.
