Assistance and support is provided by a team of care givers whose goal is to become a positive part of the residents "daily lives" helping patients return home or assisting others in becoming as independent as possible. The facility offers secure exits and specializes Alzheimer's and dementia care.

The Meadows Courtyard has been locally owned and operated by Pam and Tim Richardson since 1991. It was formerly known as Stillmeadow Senior Apartment before remodel and additions in 1998 and 2002.
