Decatur County Good Samaritan Center is a newly remodeled 55-bed skilled nursing facility that is Medicare/Medicaid certified and offers 24-hour nursing care. The Center offers services such as adult daycare, respite care and occupational, physical and speech therapy. Transportation is also provided for clinic and hospital appointments. A lush courtyard and aviary offer added touch to brighten our residents' lives. Residents also delight in the warm comfort from our facility pets.
