Audubon Pointe Apartments is located on Lake Willistein and our residents enjoy fishing and walking the trails around it. The grounds encompass five acres. The city of Maumelle puts on a Fourth of July Parade (in which our residents have been judges) and a Christmas Parade. The residents living on the backside of the building and the residents with patios can see fireworks on the 4th of July. The residents can walk to the lake, which has a walking trail that leads to the park.

This independent-living center is designed for people age 55 and older. The facility is a five-story, high-rise building offering one- and two-bedroom apartments. The monthly rental fee includes breakfast and lunch daily, weekly housekeeping services and utilities except telephone and cable. Other offerings include an exercise room, a beauty/barber shop, a library, an arts and crafts room, a pool table, a chapel with nondenominational services each Sunday morning and local transportation.
