The mission of Walnut Hill Care Center has remained to provide consistent, quality service to our families and residents. One of the ways we ensure quality of care is by coordinating a care plan meeting for every resident. A team of professionals works with the resident and the family to develop goals and a plan of action for meeting the needs of the resident.
