We are a not for profit retirement community. We offer low income non-assisted housing and a low income assisted living facility on 16 beautifully landscaped acres in the heart of the Napa Valley.

We, at Piner’s, challenge each resident to achieve their personal best . This is done with minimal restrictions and maximum encouragement. We want each resident to feel that they are in charge and that our job is to assist them in being their best while treating them with the respect they deserve.

Rose Garden Guest Home welcomes individuals who are receiving medical care and treatment outside the facility from a nurse or nursing agency and are capable of self-administration of their own medications.
