Morgantown Care & Rehabilitation Center is located 3 miles off the William Natcher Parkway (at exit 26) and rests on the Green River. The center is conveniently close to hospitals and medical offices. This is a 169-bed skilled nursing facility with a variety of comprehensive programs and services that are used to develop plans of care for each resident. The facility has a tremendous volunteer base that offers extensive socialization opportunities for the residents.
