North Central Good Samaritan Center is on the east edge of Mohall, N.D. Mohall is the county seat of an agricultural and oil-producing community in the north-central part of the state. The center provides skilled nursing care to nearly 60 residents. Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are also available.
