The Elderly Program encompasses four levels of care. Crown Terrace Apartments house those who live independently; the Residential Care Home offers gracious living quarters for residents in private rooms who enjoy taking their meals and socializing with others; the St. Elizabeth Center specializes in skilled nursing care; and the House Care Program provides safety features and light maintenance to the elderly who choose to remain in their homes.

Located along the perimeter of Miller's campus, cottages and suites offer the privacy of a home in a safe, residential neighborhood, with health care staff and services close by. Cottages and suites are set in clusters, where neighbors can, and often do, become friends.
