The Elderly Program encompasses four levels of care. Crown Terrace Apartments house those who live independently; the Residential Care Home offers gracious living quarters for residents in private rooms who enjoy taking their meals and socializing with others; the St. Elizabeth Center specializes in skilled nursing care; and the House Care Program provides safety features and light maintenance to the elderly who choose to remain in their homes.

The Bradley Home and Pavilion is located in Meriden, Connecticut and consists of two levels of care licensed by the State of Connecticut. Our Residential Care Unit houses 74 beds and our Skilled Nursing Unit houses 30 beds for elderly residents of varying ages and ability levels.
