El Nathan is a not-for-profit Christian retirement home registered in the State of Missouri as a “residential care facility”. It is located in the picturesque foothills of the Ozark Mountains in the Southeast area of the state, 30 miles west of Cape Girardeau, a full service metropolitan area. High on the hill overlooking the city of Marble Hill, it is surrounded by 30 acres of lawn and woodland, which afford quiet privacy.
