Logan Valley Manor, a skilled nursing facility, is located in Northeast Nebraska on Highway 77 in Lyons. The small town setting offers stability of staffing, active volunteer programs, neighbors continuing to care, visit and renew old friendships. We provide a continuum of services from Personal Care (similar to Assisted Living) to Skilled Nursing and a very successful therapy program for both in- and out-patients.
