The Oaks at Lebanon Retirement Residence offers 104 private apartments featuring retirement and assisted living. Each apartment features an individual climate-control system, wall-to-wall carpeting, a private bathroom and kitchenette. Our beautiful and traditional community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.

Lebanon Rehab & Specialty Care offers an experienced nursing staff and programs appropriate for caring for medically complex patients and is known in the medical community for providing transitional, rehabilitative, sub-acute and terminal care. We provide care for patients on a long-term and interim basis.
