When residents move to The Palace Gardens, they complete a Resident Interest Profile, which tells us what interests they have so we can better tailor our activities to what the people desire. The activities department will personally call a resident to remind them of various actities that are of particular interest to them. This is yet another way The Palace personalizes the service to our residents.
