For the older adult there is housing and there is housing with services available. Different states may have different licensing types for housing which offer services and regulations may differ from state to state on what services can or can not be provided under the licensing types. To still further confuse us, different housing providers and managers will coin new terms to suggest what may or may not be available in their building.
