We have extensive experience with all assisted multifamily housing programs, including the LIHTC program. Many of our key staff have over 20 years of experience in the operation and management of rental housing, as well as condominiums and homeowner associations.

Today our current capacity of 167 residents includes 46 Assisted Living beds, 32 Special Needs beds, and 90 Skilled Care beds. In addition there are 9 independent living units on campus. John XXIII Home enjoys the reputation for quality care for all past and present residents and is affectionately referred to as "The Cadillac of Nursing Homes", by many people in the Shenango Valley.
