Two church related assisted living / skilled care nursing homes are located in Grove City and Franklin, Pennsylvania. The homes are professionally managed by Extendicare.

As the Tack family of companies grew, the need for a central organization body became evident. In 2000, Quality Life Services was created to achieve this end. Since the facilities are principally run by members of the family and owners of the company, Quality Life Services does not function as a top-down management organization but as an asset to enhance the efficiency and quality of each facility.
