We provide the continuum of care from hospital to home in a setting that is conducive to healing and recovery. We are a 82 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.

From supervised, well-planned health services to detailed personal services, our aim is to meet the individual needs of each resident with the best possible solutions. Our rooms and spacious day room area are designed to provide personal privacy as well as comfortable areas to visit with family and friends.
