Camelot Care Center is located on Pacific Avenue near the east end of town and serves the Forest Grove, Cornelius, and Hillsboro communities. It is a 106 bed facility that provides skilled and long term nursing services. The setting is ideal for residents who need assistance with routine personal care activities and health monitoring by licensed nurses.
