The Fennimore Good Samaritan Center is in the beautiful rolling hills of Fennimore, Wis. As you look outside your window, you can see a commanding view of the surrounding countryside. The center opened its doors in January 1968 and has three wings, each with its own unique homelike atmosphere. There are four independent living apartments next to the center, allowing those residents to be part of the center's family and functions.

The vast majority of those the Society serves are elderly, but we also serve others in need. We offer housing options that include nursing beds, assisted living, basic care, congregate living and independent living (individual homes, apartment units, HUD units, duplexes and mobile homes.) Health-care services include skilled nursing, boarding and subacute care; home health care; and outpatient, physical, occupational, speech, respiratory and intravenous therapies.
