The RiverWoods Company is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation that owns and operates two vibrant, self-contained, not-for-profit life care communities with easy access to all the charms of New Hampshire and New England. Conceived by a grassroots group of seacoast area residents, RiverWoods opened in 1994 and remains true to its founders' original inspiration - that growing older should enhance, not diminish, the opportunity for a productive and rewarding life.

Eventide Home has provided health care services to women over the age of 65 since 1952. Overseen by a Board of Directors from the local community, Eventide Home is a non-profit corporation. Our Home began when Emma Folsom bequeathed her private residence for the sole purpose of creating a home for the elderly.
