Heritage Manor – Elgin provides Medicare, Medicaid, and Exceptional Care, as well as respite and hospice care. We are very proactive in restorative programs, which includes our Walk-and-Dine Program. Welcome to ManorCare Health Services in Elgin, Illinois. Our center provides skilled nursing and long-term care. Our in-house therapists offer physical, occupational and speech therapies to help achieve positive outcomes and maintain our residents' highest functioning level.

The unique New England architecture with its country setting and furnishings gives Resthaven a truly warm, home-like atmosphere. Resthaven is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health for 50 beds, four private rooms and 46 semi-private beds. Skilled or intermediate nursing care is provided to both men and women.
