Heritage Manor – Elgin provides Medicare, Medicaid, and Exceptional Care, as well as respite and hospice care. We are very proactive in restorative programs, which includes our Walk-and-Dine Program. We are also particularly proud of our extremely low staff turnover. For residents, this means they can rely on an experienced, consistent team of professionals on each wing and on each shift.
