The Good Samaritan Mill Woods Centre opened in 1995. All suites are equipped with a kitchenette, which includes a bar fridge and cook top, a 3-piece wheelchair friendly bathroom and drapes. Clients furnish their suites with their own belongings. Admission is coordinated through Capital Health Central Placement and Assessment Services (780) 496-1300.

This facility has designated vacation/respite beds, these beds are for short-term admission of people who are normally cared for at home. This allows the caregiver a rest or vacation for a short period of time. Admission into these beds is coordinated through Capital Health Authority Central Placement Services at 496-7500. The sub-acute rehabilitation beds are for individuals who require intensive rehabilitation and are limited to a 9 month maximum length of stay.

The Good Samaritan Southgate Care Centre was built in 1973 with an addition made in 1991. This facility houses three different populations; frail elderly, psycho geriatric illness or developmentally disabled and Alzheimer's type dementia. The addition to this facility became home to Occupational, Physical and Recreational Therapy, Pastoral Care, Social Work and Volunteer Services. There is also a canteen which is operated by a volunteer group, Extended Hands
