Heritage Manor – Colfax first opened as Octavia Manor in 1971. Octavia Manor was originally licensed as a 55-bed intermediate care facility. In 1981, five new rooms were added, along with a new dining room. Heritage Enterprises purchased Octavia Manor in July of 1995. In January 2000, Heritage Manor Colfax was approved as a skilled nursing facility and became Medicare certified in March 2000.
