Whitman Health and Rehabilitation Center (Evergreen Washington Healthcare Whitman, L.L.C.) provides a continuum of care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence. We are a 69 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.
