The facility was specially designed to give this community feeling from the time people set foot through the front doors. Just inside the main entrance, people find a large, open lounge and dining room that is a comfortable and welcoming gathering place. It is immediately evident that Century Oak is very different from other long term facilities.

For over 105 years, Eliza Bryant Village (EBV) has been serving Cleveland's inner city, minority seniors. The Village is an important resource to the seniors themselves, as well as to their caregivers and family who are often in great need of support.

Saber Healthcare Group was created in 2001 with the acquisition of two skilled nursing facilities in the Cleveland area, Rudwick Manor and Hillandale Manor. Since that time we have gone on to acquire 27 additional facilities throughout the Ohio region and we continue to grow.

Aspen Woodside Village is a single-story, 216-unit retirement community located in Bedford, OH, in the southeastern suburbs of Cleveland. Built on 20 acres, the community caters to both independent and assisted living residents. All apartments are licensed for assisted living.

We have recently undergone a $7.5 million rennovation to facilitate what is known as Culture Change.
