We have changed our name to The Neighbors Rehab and Healthcare Center. This name will better reflect the population we currently serve. In 2005 we rehabilitated almost 200 new admissions and were able to successfully send them home. We no longer are just Long Term Care. Our Therapy to Home program has been established for the many short term rehabilitative stays. In addition we have an Alzheimer's program, Day Care, and Respite Care along with our Skilled and Intermediate care.
