Rehabilitation services at Mountain View Care Center focus on assisting patients in becoming as independent and safe as they can in their everyday functional activities. Mountain View offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Therapy to Care Center patients as well as outpatients.

Evergreen Bozeman Health and Rehabilitation Center (Evergreen at Bozeman, L.L.C.) provides a continuum of care that includes professional nursing care, rehabilitative therapy and support services to residents enabling them to maintain their independence. We are a 103 bed Skilled Nursing Facility designed to meet both short and long-term care needs. We participate in Medicare/Medicaid programs and contract with several HMOs.
