In 1996 we built our first Independent Living Community-The Legacy Retirement Residence. In 1998, Bountiful House Assisted Living opened. Since that time we have, on average, opened one Assisted Living Community per year. We have developed a formula and philosophy for senior living that works, and we apply it to all properties that we own and manage.

Heritage Place provides a warm, home-like environment. Each resident has a tastefully decorated apartment suite with private bathroom and closet. Family and residents are encouraged to bring in several treasured photos, paintings, or favorite furniture items so the resident can feel at home in a room furnished with familiar, cherished items.
