Golden West is an innovative, nonprofit senior resident community created to provide a maintenance-free living environment for those 62 years or older. The three building complex which is home to over 300 residents is set on expansive grounds with beautifully mature landscaping. The first building of the complex was opened in 1965 and the final phase was completed in 1989 along with extensive renovation of the existing facilities. Further renovations were completed in 2003.

Frasier Meadows Retirement Community is a United Methodist church-related, nonprofit, continuing care retirement community whose purpose is to provide a variety of high-quality residential and health care options in a caring and financially responsible environment.
