Stonewall Communities, Inc., a non-profit organization, was created to better understand and advocate the needs for older lesbians, gay men and their friends. Stonewall Communities strives to provide a range of options, from their residential communities such as "Stonewall Audubon Circle", the nation’s first urban GLBT retirement community, to their service arm "Stonewall Connections", which helps seniors age in their own homes.
