The Bloomfield Good Samaritan Center is a beautiful modern facility featuring 19 private rooms and a State of the Art Physical Therapy Department. Outpatient therapy was expanded in 1995 to better serve the community. Our rehabilitation therapy is known throughout northern Nebraska for its excellent record. We help many residents walk out the door and return to their own homes!
