The Valley View Village contains 118 Residential Living cottages. There are 112 duplex style and 6 single unit styles. Four different styles of cottages are offered on our 31 acre campus, ranging in size from 990 square feet in the A units, up to 1,150 square feet of living space in our D unit. Most of the units have two bedrooms, one bath and a one car garage. Our new D style cottages offer two baths, along with two bedrooms and the one car garage.
