Ashland Care Center is a skilled nursing facility located minutes from I-80 or Highway 6, halfway between Omaha and Lincoln. We have two dementia care units for residents with Alzheimer’s or other memory-related symptoms. We also have an excellent therapy team that works with our residents to accomplish their rehabilitation goals after their hospital stay, but before returning home.
