The Scripps Home gives its residents a life-care contract, providing meals, housing, a monthly allowance for personal needs and all necessary medical care for the rest of their lives. Each individual or couple has a private, air-conditioned room, with an adjoining full bath. The many public rooms are furnished with beautiful antiques. The Home is located on seven landscaped acres which afford residents the opportunity to enjoy outdoor activities.
