Regional Executive Director - Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing (5831421)

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Regional Executive Director to lead the Assisted Living Division of our Texas operations. The candidate of choice will be a results-oriented, dynamic leader with a proven success record overseeing numerous Assisted Living and/or Skilled Nursing locations. Regional Executive Director responsibilities include: * Provide leadership to all community leaders and their community’s operations. * Ensure open communication with the communities, the families and the corporate office. * Assure responsibility for financial operation of the communities in the region by managing and reviewing budgets for the Texas region. * Ensure compliance with State, Federal and County regulations. Regional Executive Director background and experience includes: * Must have Texas LNFA license. * Bachelor’s Degree required but Master’s Degree or higher in Gerontology, Public Health Administration or similar healthcare field highly preferred. * Several years of regional leadership experience in an Assisted Living (AL), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care (LTC) community, preferably in an Alzheimer's-focused environment. * Previous leadership experience in a multi-community or other entity operational management experience setup. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire associates at all levels.
