I'm looking for a part-time Japanese caregiver for my mother (and father) who are in their 80's in Burnaby, BC. My mother is fairly mobile and lives with my father but needs someone to assist with meal preparation, general housekeeping and respite for my father. I would also consider anyone with some ability to cook or prepare japanese-style meals or just healthy meals.
Total care needed per week is anywhere from four hours to four days/week. I prefer to deal with a licenced care agency rather than an independent caregiver. I would also consider providing room & board for the caregiver if necessary. If you know of anyone who may be interested, please have them contact me or if you know someone at an agency, please let me know which agency. Thank you.
