Looking for a retirement home for my father

We are looking for a retirement home for my father. Can anyone suggest some retirement communities, something affordable? He prefers an active lifestyle and loves fishing. We are considering the Carolinas and Florida. Any recommendations/ opinions on good retirement communities are most welcome.

Hello friends,
I would like to say, Arizona and Florida are great states to retire in is because they offer some of the best retirement communities in the country. There is a variety of active adult communities out there, but I tried to focus on the ones that offered both independent living and assisted living. And remember, these are not simply places to live; these places to have fun! Your celebration of retirement shouldn't end with your retirement speech. It should continue everyday throughout your retirement.

There are some very nice old age projects working in some cities, who
are providing their homes at some reasonable prices. Also provide all
necessary and luxuries facilities for elders, which they need to live
comfortably at their stage of life, like furnished bed room, equipped
bath, t.v lounge, internet facility, wheel chair, and two lifts, along
with nursing facility according to customers need.
