Retirement Home Cost	Can't Post Private Reply

Can anyone give me some idea of the cost to live in a retirement home,apt. complex.My mother is independant,so she does not need assisted care.We live in Philadelphia.Do any of the places work on a sliding financial scale.We could not manage more than 700 a month.
