Subacute Facility in NJ?	Can't Post Private Reply

I am looking for a subacute facility in NJ for my family member. I can't be with him all the time so I have to find a place that will take excellent care of him. Please help!

Hello MaryP9862,

The sub-acute nursing facility in NJ Hamilton Park is a great place for your loved one. It is located in Jersey City. My Dad received great care there and my family and I could not have been more relieved. It is such a stressful process and knowing he was getting the care he needed took a huge weight off my shoulders. I hope this helps you!
