March. It's a warring month, fit to be named after Mars, the God of War. March is never sure whether to give up on winter or embrace spring. The happiness lies in better, sunnier days ahead. We're back where we were, just a year later.
There's the green, happy melody of St. Patrick's Day on March 17. The whole world celebrates, Irish or not. And, Spring Break has arrived. Students are off to warmer climates and fun in the sun. There's advancement through the calendar. Everybody is a part of everything anyway.
Workers in the Senior Living industry can share in the spirit of March. Perhaps there will be time to put away the stress of a labor-intensive industry, be grateful to work with a population that needs their help.
