Parkland Village

Parkland Village was designed with comfortable living in mind. The one-story building is fully wheelchair accessible; there are no steps or barriers. The apartment layouts are open and inviting. Each apartment contains a kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator and a microwave oven. There’s room for a table and chairs for when you want to eat in your apartment, or have guests over for coffee and cake.

• The bathrooms have no barriers - roll-in showers and grab bars are there for safety. Each apartment has it own temperature control so you can set the temperature to your liking.
• Three call lights in each apartment enable you to ring for help; when you need it. the call lights are part of a silent paging system that quickly and quietly alerts caregivers to your needs.
• Parkland Village has a full-service beauty salon, complimentary laundry facilities, a library, living room, and an activity room. There is also a private dining room that you can reserve to entertain guests.
• Parkland Village is warm, inviting, and full of life. With 50 apartments in Parkland Village, plus the Parkland Senior Estate homes, we provide a loving, caring, vibrant community for seniors. You feel our charm as soon as you walk through our doors.
