Surrounded by ancient, towering oak trees, portions of this quaint, 30-bed, skilled nursing center date back to 1930. Built in the early 1930's as the local hospital, Crestline Nursing Center was converted into a skilled nursing facility in the 1960's, with the new addition added in 1994. Steeped in tradition, Crestline Nursing Center provides both skilled and long-term nursing care delivered by local, caring professionals.
