Open Gate Association Inc

The Open Gate is a lovely turn-of-the-century building with a modern wing within easy walking distance of Great South Bay, Main Street, the Bay Shore Christian Science Society and Reading Room, the railroad station to New York City, and the YMCA.

Twenty-four private rooms with bath and four apartments with full kitchen facilities house residents and staff. Three nutritious meals per day and interim snacks, weekly housekeeping services, personal laundry, shopping services, and daily activities are included in the moderate fees.

Our lovely grounds provide ample opportunity for rambling, gardening, or sitting in quiet contemplation.
